My intention for my writing (which dictates its trajectory and the projects I'll take to move it) should be driven by what I think language should be able to do. What I now hold is that language has to be a tool to practice jiyu shukyo, that is, language to reaffirm my faith in myself but also my return to oneness with others both human and non-human. If this is the case, my words have to be helpful in any way either to inspire or instruct.
