Organize your life according to actionability
Life is a project—the biggest project ever. To manage it efficiently, you have to organize it not according to topic or accuracy but according to actionability.
For your life to be actionable, you need to divide it into smaller projects or categories. These are all conceptual. They exist in the brain although they may have relationships in the physical world. But their primary use is to help you take action, not to accurately describe reality.
