Quiet my mind, open my heart.
Help me approach these words
not to master,
but to be changed.

Help me read not only with reason,
but with reverence.
May insight come not only in thought,
but in silence, image, and wonder.

Guide me beyond the surface of words
and into their mystery.
May what I learn here deepen my compassion,
clarify my path,
and attune me to the wholeness of all things.
